One Egg Chocolate Cake

One Egg Chocolate Cake

1 egg

1 cup sugar

2 heaped tablespoons butter

2 tablespoons cocoa powder

1 cup milk

2 cups flour

2 teaspoons baking powder

½ teaspoon Vanilla essence

Combine all ingredients together well and pour into a greases cake tin.  Bake at 180^oC.  for 40 – 45 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean when inserted in the middle. Cool the cake in the cake tin for 5 mins before turning onto a cake rack to cool completely.
