Graham Cracker or Wheaten Bars
Whole Graham crackers or Wheatens
1 ½ cups butter
½ cup milk
1 cup brown sugar, packed
1 cup coconut
1 cup crushed graham crackers or Wheatens

Line greased 9 x 13 inch pan with whole graham crackers. In a saucepan combine the butter, milk and brown sugar. Bring to a boil and add coconut and cracker crumbs. Cook over a low heat until thick, about 5 minutes. Spread over crackers and cover with more whole crackers or Wheatens. Ice with your favourite icing. Chill 8 hours and then cut in squares to serve.
