Hearty Dried Vegetable Country Soup
1 cup dehydrated Potato Chunks
½ cup Dried Sausage
½ cup Dried Onion
1 cup Dried Spinach
2 teaspoons red pepper flakes
¾ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ cup crumbled dehydrated bacon pieces
Salt and pepper to taste
8 cups water
A little cream to finish
Chopped Chive or parsley for garnish
Add all the ingredients to a large soup pan and simmer for about 20 minutes or until the potatoes are cooked. Stir in a little cream. Garnish with a sprinkling of chopped chives or parsley and serve with fresh homemade crusty bread rolls.
