The Benefits of Honey
Honey is one of the
most powerful natural remedies on the planet. It is so useful for so many applications
from soothing a sore throat due to a cold or the flu right through to healing a
nasty wound.
Yet to many, its
potent abilities to heal our bodies from a variety of ailments is relatively
unknown.
I came across this
article recently and with winter coming on for our friends in America and
Europe this is an excellent time to share this information with everyone.
Our Charity is
progressing very well, and taking off in leaps and bounds now which is just
amazing. At times does command much of my time at the moment, but my aim is to
share as much information as I can on the natural ways that we can combat those
dreaded sniffles, colds and flu symptoms to make the winter months far more
enjoyable as well as building up an arsenal of natural remedies to solve or at
lease ease other symptoms and ailments that are most common to us.
These will all be
very simple remedies that use ingredients that we have in our gardens and
pantries.
As money becomes
ever increasingly scarcer for us these days, we need to really look for natural
remedies that we can make at home.
We need to do this not
only to save money, but to aid better in our health also.
Our bodies will
react far better in the majority of cases, (not all of course), to a natural
remedy rather than buying expensive cold preparations for example that just do
not work anyway.

article below written by Beth Herman. I have included the web link to the

Can’t you just taste it? Who doesn’t love a spoonful of
golden honey slathered on a warm, flakey buttermilk biscuit with a hunk of
smooth, melting butter? It tastes like a bright bite of heaven. Not only is it
a delicious sweetener, but honey has many health and beauty properties, as
well. Is it any wonder honey has an entire month – September – dedicated to its
diverse delights?
