How to Cook The Perfect Boiled Egg
One little hole in the egg and you can boil it to
perfection!
It is quite amazing
when you discover such simple little tricks such as this one below that can
make things so much easier for us.
I have a few friends
that cannot boil an egg to save themselves. For some reason they always end up
with cracked eggs and the egg whites spewing out into the cooking water.

They have tried all the usual old fashioned tricks like
adding salt and vinegar to the water, which in most cases will prevent this
from happening, but still they say their eggs always crack and break.
I am hoping that this very simple tip will help alleviate
those issues for them and for all the other boiled egg lovers that so far have
failed to successful boil their eggs to perfection. When you love a perfect
boiled egg for breakfast of brunch and you fail to be able to cook one it can
be devastating.
Simply follow this simple instruction very carefully, so as
not to break the eggs, and you should have no further issues and always have
perfect boiled eggs from this point onwards.
Take a board marker pin or drawing pin like this with a long
plastic top to it:

Now carefully take a raw egg and using the board pin, pierce
the fat end of the egg very carefully.
Please make sure you pierce the fat end and not the pointed
end of the egg or you will end up with a mess.
This will release air from the internal air pocket in the
egg and will prevent pressure cracking the egg while it cooks.
