Spray to Combat Rust, Blackspot and Powdery Mildew
Mix together the following ingredients:
1 tablespoon baking soda
1 teaspoon mild dishwashing detergent
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 dissolved aspirin
1 tablespoon baking soda

1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 dissolved aspirin
And then add this to 4 ½ litres (1 US gallon) of water and mix until baking soda has dissolved. Pour into spray bottles.
To Use: Spray every 1 to 2 weeks depending on
weather conditions. Diseases such as blackspot and powdery mildew will
be more prevalent in damp humid conditions and will require spraying
more frequently than in dry conditions.
