Gardening is such a therapeutic process and at the end of it with just a little care and attention you have a bounty to harvest from your labours throughout the Spring.

Today I am going to share with you all the vegetables and herbs that you should be able to begin harvesting as from this month for what you had sown and planted out in September.

Harvest time is always the most exciting I think as it is the time that we as gardeners get to see the fruits of our labours.

There is nothing more satisfying that picking that first vegetable or herb from the garden. So I hope and trust that you all can begin harvesting very soon. 

Be patient if things have grown a little slower this year. They will still taste awesome when you get to harvest them.

If you have a surplus to your needs think about offering some fresh produce to your neighbours. You never know it just might inspire them to begin gardening also.
