Create Your Good Life Gardening Tips for September 2014
This is a periodic email I get throughout the year and I thought that it would be nice to share it with all the gardening people that read my little blog here.

For us here in Australia, spring has just begun so it is sowing and planting time for us, whereas in the northern part of our beautiful earth, autumn is arriving which is traditionally the time of year we prune before winter sets in and clean up the gardens and yards. Mulching to protect the soil and provide food for the next spring plantings. Where the autumn fallen leaves are gathered up and used as mulch, composted or for some burned.

Which ever season you find yourself in, this can be a very busy time of year. I hope that the following information will be of use to the gardeners here and inspire you and spur you all on to do great things in your gardens.

Please enjoy and if you have a moment, please do share your seasonal gardening tips with us too in the comments section below, as I would love to read about them all. Thank you and come back again real soon.

The planting charts give you plantings based on a 3 group crop rotation system.  The un-grouped plants can be slotted in anywhere provided you grow them in a different place each year.  The coloured bars indicate how long until the plant is normally ready to start harvesting.  This can be useful to plan your planting in the coming months to make sure you have space in your beds.  Use them in conjunction with the crop rotation planner you received when you subscribed to this newsletter.  Whilst I have done my best to give you an accurate system of what can be planted when, each region has its individual variations and you should take these into account when planning your plantings.  These recommendations are for temperate regions such as Southern Australia, New Zealand, some regions of the USA, and the United Kingdom and Ireland.
